在煤制油化工生产过程中,能源消耗是企业重要经营成本之一,也对环境产生较大影响。就目前的煤制油企业运行实践来看,蒸汽系统是其中发挥重要作用的系统之一,在实际生产过程中普遍存在着比较突出的热能流失情况,这直接导致了燃煤消耗量的增加,对于绿色经济发展和企业节能降耗而言是非常不利的。传统模式下能源统计比较滞后,无法实现实时的能源消耗计算也就无法及时进行调整优化,采用蒸汽系统智能模拟、能源多周期动态优化等核心技术,建立多目标规划的蒸汽系统模拟优化模型,可以最大限度地减少能源的消耗,从而降低生产成本。
Application of Energy Optimization Model in Coal to Oil Chemical Industry
In the production process of coal to oil chemical industry,energy consumption is one of the important operating costs for enterprises and also has a significant impact on the environment.From the current operational practice of coal to oil enterprises,the steam system is one of the systems that plays an important role in enterprise production practice.In the actual production process,there is generally a prominent heat loss situation,which directly leads to an increase in coal consumption.It is very unfavorable for green economic development and enterprise energy conservation and consumption reduction.Under the traditional mode,energy statistics are relatively lagging,and real-time energy consumption calculation cannot be achieved,which makes it difficult to adjust and optimize in a timely manner.By using core technologies such as steam system intelligent simulation technology and energy multi cycle dynamic optimization,a multi-objective planning steam system simulation and optimization model can be established to minimize energy consumption and reduce production costs to the greatest extent possible.
