水环境中磺胺类抗生素的自然衰减过程及相关监测方法

磺胺类药物作为抗生素的一种,在医学界得到了广泛的应用。然而,抗生素的大量使用可能会导致其在水环境中的存在并进一步导致抗药性基因的传播。目前已经有磺胺类药物在水体中检出,这表明其具有持续性,更加突出了了解其在水体中自然衰减过程的重要性。本文综述了水体中磺胺类药物的自然衰减过程,特别是生物降解评估。着重评估了生物降解的特征及影响生物降解的各项参数,并总结了磺胺类抗生素在自然衰减过程中的检测手段,为评估抗生素在水环境中的传播并提出相关策略提供了理论支持。
Natural Attenuation Processes of Sulfonamide Antibiotics in the Aquatic Environment and Related Monitoring Methods
Sulfonamides are widely used in medicine as a type of antibiotic.However,the extensive use of antibiotics may lead to their presence in the aquatic environment and further contribute to the spread of resistance genes.Sulfonamides have been detected in water bodies,which indicates their persistence and emphasizes the importance of understanding their natural attenuation process in water bodies.This paper reviews the natural attenuation processes of sulfonamides in water bodies,with a particular focus on biodegradation assessment.It focuses on the characteristics of biodegradation and the parameters affecting biodegradation,and summarizes the means of detecting sulfonamide antibiotics during natural attenuation,which provides theoretical support for evaluating the spread of antibiotics in aquatic environments and proposing relevant strategies.
