钢铁、炼焦企业工业新水消耗量巨大,合理利用废水资源进行回用可有效降低新水消耗量,实现水资源的循环利用。针对一次浓缩后的废水进行再次浓缩,以两级反渗透为核心工艺搭建全套工艺流程,实现厂内废水全回用。装置实际运行可靠,出水满足设计要求,整体工艺可行,可为同类型的废水处理提供参考。建议在实际推广应用中,应充分考虑废水特性与产量,以及系统运行的经济性和可持续性,从而实现更广泛的应用和推广。
Application of Zero Discharge Technology in Steel and Coking Enterprises
The consumption of industrial new water in steel and coking enterprises is enormous.Reasonably utilizing wastewater resources for reuse can effectively reduce the consumption of new waterand achieve the recycling of water resources.The device re concentrates the wastewater after a single concentration,and builds a complete process flow with two-stage reverse osmosis as the core process to achieve full reuse of wastewater in the factory.The actual operation of the device is reliable,the effluent meets the design requirements,and the overall process is feasible,which can provide reference for the treatment of wastewater of the same type.It is recommended to fully consider the characteristics and output of wastewater,as well as the economic and sustainable operation of the system in practical promotion and application,in order to achieve wider application and promotion.
