摘要

食品接触用塑料包装材料给人们带来了极大的便利,能保存食物、防湿防潮、延长保存期限,但由于塑料制造工艺、降解等原因,食品接触用塑料包装材料中可能会残留一定的有害化学物质,在接触食品时迁移至食品中,给人体带来一定的伤害.本文阐述了目前食品接触用塑料包装材料构成及目前我国食品安全国家标准对食品接触用塑料包装材料中可能残留或迁移的、与食品安全有关的有害物质的质量要求及相关检测技术.

Abstract

Plastic packaging materials used in contact with food have brought great convenience to people.They can preserve food,prevent moisture and extend its shelf life.However,due to plastic manufacturing processes,degradation,and other reasons,harmful chemicals may remain in plastic packaging materials used in contact with food,which can migrate to the food during contact and cause certain harm to the human body.This article elaborates on the current composition of plastic packaging materials for food contact,as well as the quality requirements and related detection technologies for harmful substances that may remain or migrate in plastic packaging materials for food contact in China's national food safety standards.
