摘要

目的:优选苦参总碱栓剂的处方及制备工艺.方法:采用热熔法制备苦参总碱栓剂,吐温-80、羊毛脂、混合脂肪酸甘油酯为基质的影响因素,以苦参总碱的外观、融变时限为考察指标,单因素为基础,采用正交试验法优选出苦参总碱栓剂的最佳处方和制备工艺.并按照中国药典2020年版对制备的苦参总碱栓剂进行质量检查.结果:苦参总碱栓剂的最佳工艺条件为:V(吐温-80)∶m(羊毛脂)∶m(混合脂肪酸甘油酯)比例为0.4∶1∶15(mL∶g∶g),最佳药载比例为m(苦参总碱):m(白及多糖)为2∶1,灌注温度为50℃,冷柜放置20 min,成型效果最佳.结论:本研究所优选的苦参总碱栓剂的最佳工艺方法简单可行,质量可控.

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the formulation and preparation process of sophora suppositories.Methods:Sophora suppositories were prepared by hot melt method,Tween-80,lanolin and mixed fatty acid glycerides were the influencing factors,and the appearance and melting time of sophora were taken as the investigation indexes,and the optimal formulation and preparation process of sophora suppositories were optimized by orthogonal test method.In accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese pharmacopoeia,the quality inspection of the prepared sophora suppositories was carried out.Results:The optimal process conditions of sophora radix suppositories were as follows:V(Tween-80)∶m(lanolin)∶m(mixed fatty acid glycerides)were 0.4∶1∶15(mL∶g∶g),the optimal drug-loading ratio m(sophora spp.)∶m(white and polysaccharide)was 2∶1,the perfusion temperature was 50 ℃,and the freezer was placed for 20 min,and the molding effect was the best.Conclusion:The optimal process method of sophora radix suppositories in this study is simple and feasible,and the quality is controllable.
