银杏叶(Ginkgo biloba)因其丰富的药用成分而广泛应用于各种疾病的预防和治疗,主要有效成分为黄酮类化合物、鞣质和多糖等,具有抗氧化、抗炎和改善认知功能等多种药理活性.近年来,银杏叶有效成分提取工艺的优化成为科研热点,传统的水提法和醇提法简单且成本低,但在提取效率和成分纯度方面存在不足.现代的超声波、微波和超临界流体提取技术,显著提高了提取效率,并在保持成分活性方面展现了优势.本综述旨在系统探讨银杏叶有效成分提取工艺的发展及现代提取技术在国内外的应用现状,为银杏叶的深度开发与应用提供参考与指导.
Ginkgo biloba is widely used in the prevention and treatment of various diseases due to its rich medicinal ingredients.The main effective ingredients are flavonoids,tannins,and polysaccharides.Wait for a variety of pharmacological activity.In recent years,the optimization of the effective ingredient extraction process of ginkgo leaves has become a hotspot of scientific research.Traditional water lifting and alcoholism are simple and low in cost,but there are insufficient in terms of extraction efficiency and the purity of the composition.Modern ultrasound,microwave,and supercritical fluid extraction technology significantly improved the extraction efficiency,and showed advantages in maintaining composition activity.This review aims to systematically discuss the development of the effective ingredient extraction process of Ginkgo biloba leaves and the application status of modern extraction technology at home and abroad,and provide reference and guidance for the in-depth development and application of ginkgo leaves.
