摘要

针对非诺贝酸的关键中间体4-氯-4'-羟基二苯甲酮传统合成工艺中存在的问题进行优化,经试验探究寻求到了极具有工业应用价值的合成路线:以对氯苯甲酰氯和苯甲醚为原料,在催化剂作用下,发生F-C酰化反应,经后处理得到目标产物,总收率92%,纯度98.5%.该合成路线步骤简单,条件温和,经济、环保,收率成本降低.

Abstract

The problems existing in the traditional synthesis process of 4-chloro-4'-hydroxybenzophenone,the key intermediate of fenofibrate,were optimized,and the synthesis route with high industrial application value was found through experimental exploration:p-chlorobenzoyl chloride and anisole were used as raw materials,and the target product was obtained after post-treatment,with a total yield of 92%and a purity of 98.5%.The route is simple,mild,economical,environmentally friendly,and has high yield and cost.
