It is of great significance and urgent to explore how to better realize the coupling and coordination of high-quality development and ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin.To promote the coupling and coordination of high-quality development and ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin,it is necessary to seek a coordinated development model of basin integration based on synergetic theory and the objective reality of the Yellow River Basin.The coupling and coordination of high-quality development and ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin is a complex and systematic project involving multiple systems,multiple objectives,multiple regions,multiple interests,multiple subjects,multiple relationships and multiple stages.It is necessary to form a corresponding coordination mechanism from the four dimensions of functional coordination,industrial coordination,spatial coordination and gov-ernance coordination.In addition,a functional positioning system with clear rights and responsibilities,an industrial linkage system with complementary advantages,a regional governance system with overall planning and a large gov-ernance system with multiple participation will be built to form a strong synergy for the integrated development of the basin,with a view to realizing the upgrading of the coupling coordination level of high-quality development and eco-logical protection in the Yellow River Basin as soon as possible.
