The Communist Party of China(CPC)deeply recognizes that both the means of production and the overall process of social production have been marked by digitization.In order to grasp the opportunity of digital development,the CPC has raised the promotion of digital economy development to the height of national strategy.Based on the Marxist theory of social reproduction,the strategy responds to the need for the digital economy to promote the development of double-cycle linkage,and contains the inherent requirement of realizing common prosperity through the high-quality development of the digital economy.However,in the specific practice of promoting the development of the digital economy,the Party is faced with the challenges of the overall synergistic effect of the new scientific and technological national system on the development of the digital economy not yet in full play,the relative weakness of the new digital infrastructure,and the strengthening of the logic of capital in the development of the digital economy.In the future path of theoretical sublimation and practical development,we should devote ourselves to perfecting the new national system for the research of key digital core technologies,coordinating and planning the construction of new digital infrastructures,guiding the upgrading of the development of the digital economy,and actively participating in the international cooperation of the digital economy,so as to build up the momentum and energy for the promotion of the healthy development of the digital economy.
