单洞双线高速铁路隧道Ⅲ级围岩仰拱快速施工技术

摘要
目前,高速铁路隧道施工中仰拱及填充施工工序繁琐导致的施工进度缓慢一直以来影响整体施工进度.为解决这一问题,结合工程实例,对当前使用的单洞双线大断面高铁隧道Ⅲ级围岩仰拱及填充施工方案进行分析,通过设计使用长栈桥与多模板、滑模施工、仰拱与填充分区段作业等措施,对施工方案加以优化,形成新的仰拱施工技术,从而使仰拱及填充工作面月进尺由96 m提高至175 m,为Ⅲ级围岩大断面隧道快速施工创造了有利条件,达到提高隧道整体施工效率的目的,并为今后类似技术的研究与改进提供参考.
Abstract
At present,the invert and filling construction of high-speed railway tunnels has too many procedures,which induces slow construction progress and,in the end,delays the project schedule.In the paper,the construction scheme of inverts and their filling normally adopted in the construction of double-track high-speed railway tunnels in Grade Ⅲ rock mass is analyzed and optimized,and a new rapid technology for the invert and filling construction,which includes long trestle,slip form and separating the filling construction from the invert construction,is developed.The new construction technology developed has been applied in the construction of Naji tunnel on Yunnan-Guangxi railway,which increases the invert and filling construction rate from 96 m/month to 175 m/month.
