摘要
基于价值工程理论和效能最大化的理念,从规划、设计和施工着手,结合地铁7号线建设在建筑密集且商业繁华中心——深圳华强北路进行地下空间效能最大化综合开发利用,使土地集约高效开发并与周边和谐无缝接驳,实现了地铁换乘、地下和地面集散和过街、物流无缝转运等城市功能和谐结合,彻底改变目前地面人、物、车混流不畅的局面.使其城市功能得到了最大提高,整体效益得到了最大化.绿色施工确保了对该商业区影响降到了最低.
Abstract
The development and utilization of undeground space in Huaqiang North Commericial Area are presented on basis of the planning,design and construction of Line 7 of Shenzhen Metro.Due to the development of the underground space,the land utilization efficiency has been improved,harmonious coordination among the Metro works,the surrounding environment,the passenger flow,the vehicle flow and the logistics has been achieved,and the function and integral efficiency of the city have been greatly enhanced.For the sake of the green construction measures taken,the adverse influence on the commercial area has been minimized.
