深中通道沉管隧道碎石整平精度控制技术研究

Precision Control Technology for Gravel Foundation Leveling in Immersed Tunnel of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link

为了提高外海沉管隧道的基础处理精度与承载能力、减小沉管隧道的不均匀沉降,依托深中通道沉管隧道工程,介绍船架分离式整平船水下整平系统的组成、工作原理和适用条件,并分析影响整平精度的 2 个因素,即料斗口高程变化和料斗内碎石料高度控制;同时,结合ANSYS数值计算方法,分析水下大、小车轨道在自重情况下的变形,以及基架在不同工况组合下的变形,由此提出碎石整平系统精度控制技术,并采用接近式料位传感系统,实现料斗总成内碎石料位高度持续、实时监控和多点监测.该水下碎石整平系统精度控制技术在深中通道沉管隧道E32—E24 管节碎石基础铺设中成功应用,其整平平均偏差为15.3 mm,可满足±40 mm的偏差设计要求,实现了设计要求的基础铺设精度控制目标.
The uneven settlement of an immersed tunnel can be reduced by improving the foundation treatment precision and bearing capacity of an offshore immersed tunnel.In this study,the underwater leveling system of a ship-frame separation-type leveling ship used in the immersed tunnel of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan link is introduced in terms of the system composition,working principle,and applicable conditions.The two factors affecting the leveling precision are the elevation changes of the hopper mouth and the height control of gravel material in the hopper during underwater construction.Moreover,the precision control technology of a gravel leveling system that controls the foundation deformation induced by rails under self-weight and various combinations of base frame is proposed based on the ANSYS numerical calculation method.In addition,a sensor system is employed for continuous real-time and multipoint monitoring of the gravel height in the hopper.The proposed underwater gravel leveling system has been successfully applied in the laying and leveling of the gravel foundations in the E32-E24 immersed tunnel pipes of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan link.The average deviation of foundation leveling was 15.3 mm,which is within the design requirements of a deviation of ±40 mm.Thus,foundation laying precision can be improved by applying a ship-frame separation-type leveling ship.
