摘要
为解决高地温隧道高温高湿施工环境对施工人员的健康危害问题,降低施工过程中的风险,对我国某高地温隧道施工现场空气干球温度、空气相对湿度、湿球黑球温度(简称WBGT指数)及进行中等强度劳动的20 名施工工人的上臂皮肤温度和心率进行多组实时连续监测.基于实测数据及数学规划法,将该高地温隧道湿热环境划分为低风险、较低风险、中风险、较高风险、高风险 5个等级,确定各等级下的湿热环境参数阈值.结果表明:1)该高地温隧道施工环境中空气干球温度、空气相对湿度、WBGT指数的低风险阈值分别为26℃、30%、20℃,中风险阈值分别为37℃、64%、32℃,高风险阈值分别为43℃、81%、40℃.2)进一步计算得到不适指数、热指数和相对应变指数的中风险阈值分别为 25.42、26.31、0.28℃;高风险阈值分别为 28.59、35.30、0.38℃.
Abstract
To address the health hazards posed to construction workers by the high temperature and humidity at a high geothermal tunnel construction site and mitigate the risks during construction,real-time continuous monitoring is conducted on the air dry-bulb temperature,air relative humidity,wet-bulb globe temperature(WBGT)index,and the upper arm skin temperature and heart rate of 20 construction workers engaged in moderate intensity labor in a specific high geothermal tunnel in China.Based on measured data and mathematical modeling,the humid and hot environment in the high geothermal tunnel is categorized into low risk,relatively low risk,medium risk,relatively high risk,and high risk.The threshold values for environmental parameters at each level are determined.The results indicate the following:(1)In the construction environment of the high geothermal tunnel,the threshold values for low-risk conditions are 26℃for air dry-bulb temperature,30%for air relative humidity,and 20℃for the WBGT index.The threshold values for medium risk are 37℃,64%,and 32℃,respectively,whereas for high risk,they are 43℃,81%,and 40℃,respectively.(2)Further calculations yield the threshold values for the discomfort,heat,and corresponding change indices at the medium risk level at 25.42℃,26.31℃,and 0.28℃,respectively.At the high-risk level,the threshold values are 28.59℃,35.30℃,and 0.38℃,respectively.
