凿岩台车的最优钻进效率研究与应用

摘要
为提高山岭隧道施工的凿岩台车钻进效率,围绕凿岩机钻进过程中钻进效率的影响因素进行分析与试验研究.通过研究推进压强、冲击压强及旋转速度等因素的影响,以寻找最优的施工参数组合.通过在不同岩石条件下的多参数测试,采集钻进速度和耗能等数据,并应用最小二乘法、耦合及回归分析等方法对数据进行处理.研究表明:1)推进压强与钻进速度呈线性关系,而冲击压强与钻进速度呈二次抛物线关系.2)推进压强的合理阈值上限为 8 MPa,而冲击压强在15~17 MPa为最优.3)旋转速度对钻进速度影响不大,故不需过高设置.
Abstract
The factors influencing the drilling process of the rock-drilling trolley are analyzed and tested to improve the drilling efficiency of rock-drilling trolley in mountainous tunnels.By studying the influence of propulsion pressure,impact pressure,and rotation speed,the optimal construction parameter combination is obtained.Through multi-parameter testing under different rock conditions,the data of drilling speed and energy consumption are collected,and the data are processed by least square method,coupling,and regression analysis.The results show the following:(1)The propulsion pressure is linearly related to the drilling velocity,and the impact pressure exhibits a quadratic parabolic relationship with the drilling velocity.(2)It is concluded that the upper limit of the reasonable threshold of propulsion pressure is 8 MPa,and the impact pressure is the optimal between 15 and 17 MPa.(3)The rotation speed has little effect on the drilling speed,so it should not be overhigh.
