重力流污水管道纳入综合管廊设计要点分析

摘要
为研究重力流污水管道纳入综合管廊的必要性、可行性及安全性等方面的问题,以珠海高新区已验收的金琴快线综合管廊为例,对重力流污水管道入廊的必要性以及断面设计、竖向设计、附属设计和结构设计等进行论述.研究结果表明:1)在对管道运维要求较高且经济允许的项目中,重力流管道可纳入综合管廊;2)在建设条件允许的情况下建议重力流污水管道单独成舱,以提高管廊实施和运维的安全性;3)采用直通检查井和清扫口相结合的检查井节点设计,可保证管廊的整体性和清通检修的便利性;4)采用波浪型的竖向设计和管廊主体与相交构筑物结构共板的节点设计,可以充分利用竖向条件,避免因管廊埋深增大而引起工程造价大幅增加.
Abstract
To improve the necessity,feasibility,and safety of gravity-flow sewage pipelines in utility tunnels,a case study is conducted on a completed utility tunnel project of Jinding-Hengqin express line in Zhuhai National High-tech Industrial Zone,key design points about gravity-flow sewage pipeline in utility tunnel are summarized and analyzed,and the cross-section,vertical,auxiliary,and structural designs are highlighted.Some key design points are concluded as follows:(1)When requirements for pipeline operation and maintenance are high and there is enough budget,gravity-flow pipeline can be incorporated into utility tunnel.(2)It is suggested that gravity-flow sewage pipeline can be arranged in a separated cabin to improve implementation and operation safety of utility tunnel when construction conditions allow.(3)Auxiliary design of sewage pipeline can adopt the combination of straight-through inspection well and cleanout opening for better structural integrity and pipe cleaning.(4)Wavy vertical design can be used and the main structure of utility tunnel can be connected to intersecting structure with one wall plate,thus to make full use of vertical conditions and avoid a large increase of project cost caused by the increasing buried depth of utility tunnel.
