摘要

目的系统评价国内外大学生社交网络使用与抑郁间的关系.方法通过计算机和人工检索 PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,中国知网和万方数据库,根据纳入和排除标准筛选相关研究,后评价纳入研究的质量、提取资料并分析.结果纳入 15 项研究显示除了大学生问题性社交网络使用、社交网络成瘾和欺凌与抑郁呈正相关外,其他社交网络使用情况与抑郁间的关系尚存在争议.结论大学生社交网络使用与抑郁间的具体联系还有待进一步探索.

Abstract

Objective To review the studies which examined the relationship between social media(SM)use and depression in college students.Methods Relevant studies were searched in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI and Wanfang database by computer and manual methods,and screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The quality of the included studies was evaluated and the data were extracted and analyzed.Results A total of 15 studies were included and showed that problematic SM use,SM addiction and bullying were positively correlated with depression,and the relationship between other aspects of SM use and depression was still controversial.Conclusion The specific relationships between SM use and depression in college students need to be further explored.
