自残青少年父母照护体验与需求的Meta整合

目的 系统整合自残青少年父母照护体验与需求,为直系照顾者提供相应护理干预提供借鉴.方法 计算机检索 CNKI、WanFang、VIP、CBM、PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase 和 CINAHL 等中英文数据库及灰色文献库 Grey Literature Sources、Google Scholar、GreyNet、Conference Proceedings自建库以来至 2024 年1 月 31日,关于自残青少年父母照护体验与需求的质性研究.采用JBI循证卫生保健中心的质量评价标准对文献进行评价,并通过Meta整合方法对研究结果进行整合分析.结果 共纳入13篇文献,提炼出34个研究结果,汇集成9个新的类别,归总为3个整合结果:在发现和理解过程中的情感变化;对疾病认知不足所产生的影响;寻求帮助及产生的后果.结论 自残青少年父母经历多重情感变化,需要加强对疾病的了解,积极寻求多方帮助,需要优化医疗服务,缓解患者及父母的身心压力.
Parental care experiences and needs of adolescents with self-mutilation:A systematic review and qualitative meta-synthesis
Objective To systematically integrate the caregiving experiences and needs of parents of adolescents with self-mutilation,and to provide references for appropriate caregiving interventions by immediate caregivers.Methods Chinese and English databases including CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Embase and CINAHL,as well as the grey literature repositories Grey Literature Sources,Google Scholar,GreyNet,Conference Proceedings were conducted from the inception of the repositories to January 31st 2024 to identify qualitative researches on the experiences and needs of parental caregiving for adolescents with self-mutilation.The literatures were evaluated through JBI quality assessment criteria,and the findings were analysed through a meta-synthesis approach.Results A total of 13 articles were included,and 34 findings were distilled and pooled into 9 new categories,which were summarized into 3 integrated findings:(1)affective changes in the process of discovery and understanding;(2)the impact of inadequate knowledge of the illness;(3)help-seeking and the consequences.Conclusion Parents of adolescents with self-mutilation experience multiple emotional changes and need to improve their understanding of the disease,actively seek help from multiple sources,and need to optimise healthcare services to alleviate physical and psychological stresses for patients and their parents.
