Preparation of high modulus modified asphalt based on orthogonal optimization design method
Through single factor experimental design, three levels were selected, and orthogonal experimental design was conducted based on four factors:high modulus agent content,SBS modifier content, shear time, and shear rate.High modulus modified asphalt with excellent and stable performance was prepared.Visual analysis, range analysis, grey correlation comprehensive scoring, and grey correlation range method were used to study the impact of various factors on the elastic recovery rate of high modulus modified asphalt samples determine the optimal shear process parameters and reasonable range of high modulus agent dosage to meet the performance requirements of high modulus modified asphalt, based on the influence of segregation stability and three major indicators.
