新旧混凝土黏结收缩变形性能研究

为了提高新旧混凝土黏结效果,采用三因素三水平正交试验法,对界面粗糙度、减缩剂掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量三种因素下黏结界面收缩变形性能进行试验研究.结果表明:界面粗糙度在三种置信水平下对收缩率的影响均为不显著,减缩剂掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量在置信水平90%和95%下的影响为显著,在置信水平99%下的影响为不显著;对新旧混凝土黏结界面收缩性影响大小排序为玄武岩纤维掺量>减缩剂掺量>界面粗糙度;当界面粗糙度为3.0-3.5 mm,减缩剂掺量为4%,玄武岩纤维掺量为6%时,新旧混凝土抑制收缩变形的效果最好.
Study on bond shrinkage deformation of new and old concrete
In order to improve the bonding effect of new and old concrete,the three factor and three level orthogonal test method is used to study the influence of interface roughness,the content of shrinkage reducing agent and the content of basalt fiber on the shrinkage deformation performance of bonding interface.The results show that the influence of interface roughness on shrinkage is not significant at the three confidence levels,the influence of shrinkage reducing agent and basalt fiber content is significant at the confidence levels of 90%and 95%,and the influence is not significant at the confidence level of 99%.The order of influence on the interfacial shrinkage of new and old concrete is basalt fiber content>shrinkage reducing agent content>interfacial coarseness.When the interface roughness is 3.0~3.5 mm,the content of shrinkage reducing agent is 4%and the content of basalt fiber is 6%,the effect of new and old concrete on restraining shrinkage deformation is the best.
