某桥梁承台大体积混凝土施工温控技术研究

以某大桥为背景,探讨大体积混凝土目前施工温度控制的常用方法和未来发展趋势,并利用Midas有限元软件进行数值模拟,研究管冷控温技术在本大桥承台施工中的应用.研究结果表明,无温控措施下大体积混凝土施工易达到混凝土抗拉强度而开裂,管冷控温技术能够有效降低构件的温度应力,但冷凝管的直径、布排方式、单根冷凝管长度等若设计不当,可能会夸大管冷技术的控温效果,甚至起到相反的作用;极端环境下大体积混凝土的施工对温控要求更高,需要多种控温措施有益联合才能起到良好的效果.
Research on temperature control technology of mass concrete construction for bridge bearing platform
This paper takes a certain bridge as the background,discusses the current construction temperature control methods and future development trend of of mass concrete,and uses Midas finite element software to carry out numerical simulation of the application of pipe cold temperature control technology in the bridge cap construction.The results show that the construction of mass concrete without temperature control measures is easy to reach the tensile strength of concrete and crack,and the pipe cooling temperature control technology can effectively reduce the temperature stress of components.However,if the diameter of the condensing pipe,the arrangement mode,the length of a single condensing pipe and other improper design,it may exaggerate the temperature control effect of the pipe cooling technology,or even play the opposite role.The construction of mass concrete in extreme environment has a higher demand for temperature control,and a variety of temperature control technical measures are needed to achieve good results.
