Based on the tunnel construction of a foundation pit adjacent to the operating rail transit line 2 in Wuhan city,the influence of foundation pit construction on tunnel structure was studied based on Midas GTS NX software.The results show that the excavation of the foundation pit will cause certain disturbance to the soil near the foundation pit of the interval tunnel,which will have a certain adverse effect on the structure of the interval tunnel.The maximum vertical displacement of the tunnel is 2.43 mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement is 2.52 mm,both of which are within the allowable range of the deformation of the operating tunnel.
