Taking the excavation of the Hefei Line 3 Tunnel under the important railway tracks in the east of Hefei Station as the background,the impact of tunnel excavation on the existing railway tracks was simulated with the finite difference software FLAC3D.The results indicate that the excavation of double-line tunnels can effectively ensure the stability of the surface railway tracks by controlling the formation loss rate within 0.5％.
