京杭运河黄河以北山东段航道货运量预测

根据京杭运河黄河以北山东段的航道区位特点,提出航道货运量组成分为境内货运量和过境货运量;根据腹地经济和全社会货运量发展情况,通过回归模型、弹性系数等数学模型计算境内货运量;根据综合交通运输通道的货运量发展情况,预测过境货运量;并通过设定京杭运河沿线省市之间的多种运输情景,量化分析货运的经济优势.结果表明:京杭运河黄河以北山东段2035年货运量预测值为2 900万t,2050年货运量预测值为5 400万t,相比较于铁路、公路等综合交通运输方式,京杭运河的货运成本可降低10%以上,经济优势显著,发展前景广阔.
Prediction of freight volume in the Shandong section of the north Yellow River channel of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal
Based on the location characteristics of the Beishan East section of the Yellow River on the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal,it is proposed that the composition of waterway freight volume is divided into domestic freight volume and transit freight volume.Calculate the domestic freight volume through regression models,elasticity coefficients,and other mathematical models based on the development of the hinterland economy and the overall social freight volume.Based on the development of freight volume in comprehensive transportation channels,predict the transit freight volume,and quantitatively analyze the economic advantages of water transportation by setting various transportation scenarios between provinces and cities along the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal.The results show that the predicted freight volume of the Beishan East section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal in 2035 is 29 million tons,and the predicted freight volume in 2050 is 54 million tons.Compared to comprehensive transportation methods such as railways and highways,the water transportation cost of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal can be reduced by more than 10%,with significant economic advantages and broad development prospects.
