预应力混凝土T型刚构转体施工称重试验研究

以某上跨京沪铁路T型刚构桥为背景,分析球铰的摩阻力矩与转动体不平衡力矩之间的关系,判定支架拆除后的受力状态.通过计算摩阻系数和偏心距,确定桥梁称重试验设备,得出称重试验方案及配重方案,为转体施工桥梁称重试验的开展提供技术参考.
Experimental study on weighing of prestressed concrete T-shaped rigid frame in swivel construction
Based on the relationship between friction moment of spherical hinge and unbalanced moment of rotating body,the stress state of bracket after demolition is judged by using a T-shaped rigid frame bridge with upper span of Beijing-Shanghai railway.By calculating the friction coefficient and eccentricity,the bridge weighing test equipment is determined,and the weighing test plan and counterweight plan are obtained,which provides technical reference for the development of similar swivel construction bridge weighing test in the future.
