Optimization of emergency rescue route for reconstruction and expansion sections of expressway under resource constraints
Constrained by multiple resource changes,taking into account the factors such as the longer passage time,the aggravation of traffic congestion and the increase of intersection delay caused by the reconstruction and expansion of expressway,the equivalent travel time of each rescue resource point to the emergency location was taken as the route optimization index.Using Dijkstra shortest path algorithm,the optimization model and decision-making method for emergency rescue route of expressway reconstruction and expansion sections were proposed.The feasibility of optimization model and decision-making method for the emergency rescue route was verified,by an emergency rescue example of traffic accidents occurred in the reconstructed and expanded sections of a certain expressway.
