SMA-13钢渣沥青混合料配合比设计及工程应用

为进一步提高钢渣在道路工程中的资源化应用水平,采用体积替换法设计了5种钢渣掺量的SMA-13沥青混合料,对其体积稳定性、高低温性能及水稳定性进行了研究,并铺筑试验路进行了验证.结果表明,钢渣具有高强、耐磨等优点,掺入适量钢渣可改善混合料的高、低温性能及水稳定性;钢渣沥青混合料的生产、运输及压实等过程需在原有工艺基础上进行调整,铺筑试验段的渗水、抗滑及高温稳定性等性能指标良好.
Design and engineering application of SMA-13 steel slag asphalt mixture
In order to further improve the resource utilization level of steel slag in road engineering,five types of SMA-13 asphalt mixtures with steel slag content were designed using the volume replacement method.Their volume stability,high and low temperature performance,and water stability were studied,and experimental roads were paved for verification.The results show that steel slag has advantages such as high strength and wear resistance.Adding an appropriate amount of steel slag can improve the high and low temperature performance and water stability of the mixture.The production,transportation,and compaction processes of steel slag asphalt mixture need to be adjusted based on the original process,and the water permeability,anti slip,and high temperature performance indicators of the paving test section meet the current specification requirements.
