铁尾矿-钢渣沥青混合料配合比设计及路用性能研究

采用铁尾矿和钢渣粗集料替代天然粗集料制备铁尾矿-钢渣沥青混合料,并对混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和长期体积变形等性能进行试验研究.结果表明:钢渣和铁尾矿混掺作为骨架集料相较于二者分别单一作为骨架集料掺入能够提升混合料的高、低温性能及水稳定性;粗骨架集料铁尾矿石和中粗骨架集料钢渣相互协同作用可以有效降低钢渣不安定性引起的沥青混合料膨胀变形,从而提高混合料的体积稳定性.
Design of iron tailings-steel slag asphalt mixture mix and road performance
Iron tailings-steel slag asphalt mixture was prepared by replacing natural coarse aggregate with iron tailings and steel slag coarse aggregate,and the properties of the mixture were experimentally studied on its high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and long-term volume deformation.The results show that the mixing of steel slag and iron tailings as skeleton aggregate can improve the high and low temperature performance and water stability of the mixture compared with the two as skeleton aggregates respectively,and the synergistic effect of coarse skeleton aggregate iron tailings and medium and coarse skeleton aggregate steel slag can effectively reduce the expansion and deformation of asphalt mixture caused by steel slag instability,thereby improving the volume stability of the mixture.
