Research on multi-vehicle collaborative speed guidance strategy at intersections under the internet of vehicles environment
To alleviate traffic flow congestion at signalized intersections on urban roads,this paper introduces a multi-vehicle collaborative speed guidance method within the context of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV)environment.Initially,the approach involves determining the speed guidance interval and the queue size of vehicles.Subsequently,an optimization model for fleet speed guidance is constructed based on signal and vehicle driving status,considering various operational conditions.This model is then solved utilizing the particle swarm algorithm to derive the parameters governing the vehicle speed control scheme.The simulation results show that compared with the scenario lacking speed guidance,the multi-vehicle collaborative speed guidance model proposed in this study significantly reduces the number of vehicle pauses,alleviates vehicle delays,and improves intersection capacity.
