Optimization method for expressway network planning and layout based on multiple investment models
A multi investment model based optimization method for highway network planning layout is proposed to address issues such as inaccurate demand prediction,uneven layout,and insufficient consideration of social benefits and risks in current highway network planning.Using the classic two-layer model,construct a hybrid expressway network planning and layout optimization model based on diversified investment models.Among them,the upper level model objective is constructed by integrating economic benefits,social benefits,and investment risks,while the lower level model is constructed by considering road network demand prediction and topology evolution.Taking the highway network in H province as an example for analysis,the research results indicate that it has certain reference significance for the planning and layout of the highway network.
