Rapid assessment of heavy-cargo transportation over small span spandrel-filled stone arch bridge
A rapid assessment approach that is used to evaluate heavy-cargo transportation passing through small span spandrel-filled stone arch bridge is presented.In terms of meeting whether the eccentricity of the normal use of the ultimate bearing and ultimate bearing,the approach is used to divide preliminary different levels of the passing capacity and summed up the key factors affecting capacity.Finally,according to analyzing the simulation model of the different span and different cross-ratio stone arch bridge,the effectiveness and feasibility of this method are verified.
