基于正交试验的聚氨酯改性沥青制备工艺研究

为了确定聚氨酯改性沥青的制备方案,设计基于制备工艺、聚氨酯掺量、和固化剂掺量三种因素三水平L9(33)正交试验表,分析聚氨酯掺量、制备工艺及固化剂掺量对聚氨酯沥青混合料的7 d劈裂抗拉强度及冻融劈裂强度比的影响,优选聚氨酯改性沥青制备方案.开展聚氨酯改性沥青的拉伸试验,基于拉伸强度、断裂伸长率分析聚氨酯改性沥青的力学特性.结果表明,当聚氨酯改性剂用量为50%,固化剂掺量为6.0%,采用预制法制备时,聚氨酯改性沥青性能较佳;聚氨酯改性沥青拉伸性能和柔韧性优异,适用于路面结构铺装,为聚氨酯改性沥青研发提供了 一种新思路.
Preparation technology of polyurethane modified asphalt based on orthogonal test
In order to determine the preparation scheme of polyurethane modified asphalt,a three-level L9(33)orthogonal test table was designed based on three factors of preparation process,polyurethane content and curing agent content,the effects of polyurethane content,preparation technology and curing agent content on the 7 d splitting tensile strength and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of polyurethane asphalt mixture were analyzed.The mechanical properties of polyurethane modified asphalt were analyzed based on tensile strength and elongation at break.The results show that when the content of polyurethane modifier is 50%and the content of curing agent is 6.0%,the performance of polyurethane modified asphalt is better,and the tensile performance and flexibility of polyurethane modified asphalt are excellent,it is suitable for pavement structure pavement and provides a new idea for the research and development of polyurethane modified asphalt.
