高速公路中央分隔带绿化植物对干旱胁迫的生理响应和抗旱性评价

以蜀桧、石楠、龙柏、紫叶李、圆柏五种植物为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法研究干旱胁迫对植物形态和生理生化指标的影响,应用主成分分析法、隶属函数法综合评价五种绿化植物的抗旱能力.结果表明:五种植物抗旱性由强到弱排序:蜀桧>圆柏>龙柏>石楠>紫叶李,研究结果可以为高速公路中央分隔带绿化植物栽植和养护提供依据.
Physiological response to drought stress and drought resistance evaluation of greening plants in central division of expressway
The effects of drought stress on plant morphology and physiological and biochemical indexes were studied by pot water control method with five greening plants of Juniperus chinensis'Pyramidalis',Photinia × fraseri,Sabina chinensis,Prunus cerasifera'Atropurpurea',and Juniperus chinensis as experimental materials.The drought resistance of five greening plants was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function method.The results showed that the drought-resistant ability of the five greening plants was ranked from strong to weak:Juniperus chinensis'Pyramidalis'>Juniperus chinensis>Sabina chinensis>Photinia × fraseri>Prunus cerasifera'Atropurpurea'.The research results can provide a basis for the planting and maintenance of greening plants in the central division of expressways.
