Exploring the digital construction of operational waterway in Xiaoqing River
This article explores the necessity,current situation existing problems,and proposed solutions for the digital construction of Xiaoqing River's commercial waterway from four aspects.In response to the contradictions such as the lagging pace of informationization construction of inland waterways in our province,lack of experience to learn from both inside and outside the province,insufficient legal support to meet practical needs,and the risk of"data silos",while respecting the development laws of inland waterway transportation,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the digitalization construction of Xiaoqing River waterways to promote the digitalization and intelligent development of operational waterways in Xiaoqing River.
