Study on the mode of total price contract and unit price contract for railway engineering construction
The total price contract mode has been adopted in railway engineering construction for a long time,and the unit price contract mode has been popularized in recent years.By analyzing the characteristics and risk points of the total price contract and the unit price contract,this paper gives some suggestions on the total price contract and the unit price contract under different modes,which has a good reference significance for choosing the contract mode in the future railway project construction,and can also better standardize the selection of the project contract mode and promote the healthy and orderly development of the railway construction industry.
