高品质SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青设计与性能研究

在SBS改性沥青中掺加一定量的胶粉,形成高品质的复合改性沥青.为更好了解该改性沥青性能和改性机理,以及SBS和胶粉最佳掺量,基于Superpave沥青胶结料试验,开展不同掺量胶粉与不同含量SBS复合制备改性沥青的布氏旋转黏度、DSR和BBR试验,得出胶粉对SBS改性沥青的抗剪、高温性能有所提高,低温性能改善不明显,并初步确定不同复合改性沥青的最佳掺量.通过荧光显微镜试验和SEM试验,进一步验证胶粉和SBS对沥青的改性效果.最终研究表明,在SBS改性沥青中掺加一定数量胶粉可以改善其性能,并得到性能优于普通SBS改性沥青和橡胶沥青的复合改性沥青配方.
Design and performance of super SBS/rubber powder composite modified asphalt
In the SBS modified asphalt mixed with a certain amount of rubber powder to form a high-quality composite modified asphalt.To better understand the performance and modiffication mechanism of this modified asphalt,as well as the optimal dosages of SBS and rubber powder,a series of tests were conducted based on the Superpave asphalt binder test.These tests included Brookfield rotational viscosity,DSR,and BBR tests with varying amounts of rubber powder and SBS content,concluded that rubber powder improves the shear and high-temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt,with a less noticeable improvement in low-temperature performance.The optimal dosages for different composite modified asphalts were preliminarily determined.Fluorescence microscope tests and SEM tests further validated the modification effects of rubber powder and SBS on asphalt.Ultimately,the study shows that adding a certain amount of rubber powder to SBS modified asphalt can enhance its performance,resulting in a composite modified asphalt formula superior to conventional SBS modified asphalt and rubber asphalt.
