公路桥梁桩基钻渣固化力学性能与路基填筑应用研究

依托具体工程项目,采用室内试验进行钻渣土力学试验分析,基于SEM开展钻渣土体微观研究,建立三维钻渣固化路基地质力学模型,研究钻渣土固化力学性能与路基填筑变形规律.结果表明,固化钻渣土在高速公路路基填筑工程中相较于原状钻渣土在原地表处产生的沉降量可减少19.19%,路基水平位移量减少23.36%.固化钻渣土具有较高的强度和较低的含水率,在满足路用性能及提高工程质量的同时降低施工成本,经济效益显著.
Research on the mechanical properties of drilling slag solidification for highway bridge pile foundations and its application in roadbed filling
Based on specific engineering projects,this article uses indoor experiments to analyze the mechanical properties of drilling slag soil,conducts microscopic research on drilling slag soil based on SEM,establishes a three-dimensional mechanical model of drilling slag solidification roadbed,and studies the mechanical properties of drilling slag soil solidification and the deformation law of roadbed filling.The results indicate that compared to the original state,the settlement generated by solidified drilling slag soil on the original surface of the highway subgrade filling project can be reduced by 19.19%,and the horizontal displacement of the subgrade can be reduced by 23.36%.Solidified drilling slag soil has high strength and low moisture content,which can meet the requirements of road performance and improve engineering quality while reducing construction costs,and has significant economic benefits.
