基于真空法测量粗集料密度与吸水率评价方法研究

粗集料的密度与吸水率是混合料配合比设计时的重要参数,通过真空饱水法、真空饱和法对安山岩、花岗岩和石灰岩三种粗集料的密度和吸水率测试,并将测试结果与网篮法浸泡24 h进行对比,对试验数据进行显著性分析,验证该方法的优越性.研究结果表明:真空浸泡10 min、20 min和30 min的试验数据不存在显著性差异;对于吸水性较强的安山岩,两种真空浸泡方法在表观相对密度和吸水率上与网篮法浸泡24 h存在显著差异;真空饱和法测得的密度和吸水率均大于真空饱水法;真空饱和法测得的粗集料密度及吸水率更接近集料浸泡24 h结果.
Research on evaluation method for measuring density and water absorption of coarse aggregate based on vacuum method
The density and water absorption of coarse aggregate are important parameters in the design of mixture proportions.In this paper,the density and water absorption of three kinds of coarse aggregates,Andesite,granite and limestone,are tested by vacuum saturation method and vacuum saturation method.The test results are compared with the basket method soaking for 24 hours,and the significance of the test data is analyzed to verify the superiority of the method.Research has shown that there is no significant difference in the experimental data of vacuum soaking for 10 minutes,20 minutes,and 30 minutes.For Andesite with strong water absorption,there are significant differences in apparent relative density and water absorption between the two vacuum soaking methods and basket soaking method for 24h.The density and water absorption measured by vacuum saturation method are both higher than those measured by vacuum saturation method.The density and water absorption of coarse aggregate measured by vacuum saturation method are closer to that of aggregate soaking for 24 hours.
