排水沥青混合料性能及施工技术分析

为了探寻排水沥青混合料的最佳空隙率,基于CAVF设计方法,对不同空隙率排水沥青混合料进行级配优化设计.通过室内试验,对排水沥青混合料的性能进行了研究,结果表明:空隙率从16%~20%变化时,排水性能随着空隙率的增加而增大,而高温稳定性、沥青混合料抗飞散性能及水稳定性均降低.基于以上研究成果,在广东省云浮至湛江高速公路应用并对排水沥青路面施工技术总结,形成质量控制要点,可为类似项目施工提供技术支撑.
Performance and construction technology analysis of drainage asphalt mixture
In order to explore the optimal porosity of drainage asphalt mixtures,the grading optimization design was carried out on drainage asphalt mixtures with different porosity based on the CAVF design method.Through indoor experiments,the performance of drainage asphalt mixture was studied.The results showed that when the void fraction changed from 16%to 20%,the drainage performance increased with the increase of void fraction,while the high temperature stability,anti scattering performance of asphalt mixture,and water stability all decreased.Based on the above research results,the application and summary of drainage asphalt pavement construction technology on the Yunfu-Zhanjiang expressway in Guangdong Province have formed quality control points,which can provide technical support for similar project construction.
