Strategy and practice of subway investment control
With the strategic support of building a strong transportation country,subway construction has been hugely developed.However,the cost of investment required for the subway project is high,and the reasonable control of investment is conducive to the sustainable development of the subway economy.From the perspective of value engineering,this paper discusses the control methods of subway investment during the planning,design,construction,and whole-life cycle stages.And then,taking the subway Line 6 in a certain city as an example,the actual situation and effect of investment control are shown.The research results can effectively control the cost of subway investment and provide a reference for the subsequent investment control work in subway construction.
