Application of large-span prestressed concrete cap beam in crossing pipeline of expressway bridges
During the construction process of expressways,underground pipeline engineering often affects the design scheme and restricts the construction period.The use of large-span prestressed cap beams to directly cross the pipeline under the bridge has significant social and economic benefits.This paper introduces the design scheme of a separated overpass on the Zhanhua-Linyi expressway using the large-span prestressed cap beams to cross the gas pipeline of the Jinan-Qingdao Second Line and analyzes the mechanical properties of the prestressed cap beams.Based on the different structural types of the cap beams,a reasonable steel tendon tensioning scheme is selected to reduce the excessive bending moment effect of the pier body during construction,providing reference for similar projects.
