以苏州市轨道交通7号线延伸线工程为背景,提出预埋套筒与疏散平台集成支架结合的设备安装技术,也是对当前盾构内设备安装新技术的一种探索.通过理论分析、模拟计算,对预埋套筒及疏散平台集成技术进行研究,认为该技术是安全、经济、可行的,可根据不同工程实际情况调整采用,达到降低盾构管片损伤、便于施工和提高设备安装质量等目的.
Research on integrated bracket technology for embedded sleeves and evacuation platforms in subway shield tunnels
This article takes the extension line project of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 7 as the background and proposes an equipment installation technology that combines pre embedded sleeves and evacuation platform integrated brackets.It is also an exploration of new technologies for equipment installation in shield tunneling.Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculations,the integrated technology of embedded sleeves and evacuation platforms has been studied.It is believed that this technology is safe,economical,and feasible,and can be adjusted and adopted according to different engineering situations to reduce shield tunnel segment damage,facilitate construction,and improve equipment installation quality.
