双组分水性超薄耐磨反光标线研发与应用研究

针对季冻区传统标线较厚、易被铲雪车破坏、造成浪费且灌封开槽施划标线易损坏原路面等问题,在现有水性标线涂料配方基础上,对乳液进行改性,引入分子杂化技术、自交联技术、快干技术等,将基料与颜填料复配,通过对涂层性能、玻璃珠黏附性及施工性能等进行测试,确定涂料性能最佳的配方,研发出一种耐高低温变换、黏结力强、耐雪铲的双组分水性超薄耐磨反光标线涂料.工程实际应用证明,与传统热熔标线材料相比,具有显著的耐雪铲能力,经过2 a的服役时间依然可以保持较好的完整性及视认性,应用效果显著.
Research and application of two component water-based ultra-thin wear-resistant reflective markings
In view of the problems such as thick traditional marking in seasonal frozen areas,easy to be damaged by snowplows,causing waste,and easy to damage the original road surface when filling,slotting,and marking lines,this paper,on the basis of the existing formulation of water-based marking coating,modified the lotion,introduced molecular hybrid technology,self crosslinking technology,fast drying technology,etc.,compounded the base material with pigments and fillers,and tested the coating performance,glass bead adhesion and construction performance.We have determined the formula with the best coating performance and developed a two component water-based ultra-thin wear-resistant reflective marking coating that is resistant to high and low temperature changes,strong adhesion,and snow shovel resistance.At the same time,this technology has been proven in practical engineering applications to have significant snow shovel resistance compared to traditional hot-melt marking materials.After 2 years of service,it can still maintain good integrity and visibility,and the application effect is significant.
