Reflections on optimizing the emergency management system of flood and typhoon prevention in Zhejiang Province
The division and functions of the transportation management department in Zhejiang Province have been adjusted after the institutional reform.Starting from the entire process of disaster occurrence,this study focuses on four major elements of emergency management:management system,emergency information,pre-planning mechanism,and information construction.Suggestions for optimizing the emergency management system for flood and typhoon prevention in transportation is proposed.
