摘要
简支拱作为桥梁中常见的结构之一,具有抗压承载力高、柔韧性及动力稳定性好、工期短等优点,其拱肋拼装阶段关系到整个工程的施工安全.以潍烟铁路工程为依托,阐述了简支拱总体吊装方案及施工过程中的关键技术,并对施工过程进行了计算分析及稳定性验算.结果表明,简支拱拱肋强度、应力验算均满足要求,其结构尺寸及验算内容可为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
As one of the common structures in Bridges,simple supported arch has the advantages of high compressive bearing capacity,good flexibility,good dynamic stability,short construction period,etc.,and its arch rib assembly stage is related to the construction safety of the whole project.Based on the Weifang-Yantai railway project,this paper expounds the overall lifting scheme of a simple branch arch and the key technologies in the construction process,and carries out the calculation,analysis and stability calculation of the construction process.The results show that the strength and stress checking of the simple arch rib meet the requirements,and the structure size and checking content can provide reference for similar projects.
