摘要

螺栓临时铰作为一种存在于加劲梁节段间用于实现铰接功能的临时连接件,需要在保证满足承载力要求的前提下,实现梁段间一定程度的转动.以某座三塔双桥面悬索桥为背景工程,研究了临时铰在悬索桥施工中的设置方案,结果表明螺栓临时铰在大跨悬索桥钢桁梁施工中在保证满足承载力要求的前提下,可以实现梁段间一定程度的转动.

Abstract

The bolt temporary hinge,as a temporary connector used to achieve hinge function between stiffened beam segments,needs to achieve a certain degree of rotation between beam segments while ensuring that the bearing capacity requirements are met.This article takes a three tower double deck suspension bridge as the background project,studies the setup of temporary hinges in suspension bridge construction.The results show that bolted temporary hinges are well applied in the construction of steel truss girders of long-span suspension bridges.
