Stress monitoring and analysis in construction monitoring of Tuhai River extra large bridge
To ensure the safety of the construction process for the Tuhai River extra large bridge,a nonlinear finite element model was established using midas Civil.Strain data were collected at critical sections of the main beam during the pouring stage of the main beam and after the second-phase pavement of the entire bridge. The errors between the measured values and theoretical values were processed, and the numerical model was iteratively corrected.Real-time monitoring of construction quality was then conducted based on the final high-precision model. The monitoring results indicated that during the pouring process of the main beam,it was in a fully compressed section state, and the measured data of each stress monitoring section were in good agreement with the numerical simulation values. After the second-phase pavement of the main beam, the overall stress data of the main beam were consistent with the numerical simulation patterns, and there were no abnormal changes, indicating that the overall structure was in a safe condition.
