基于桥梁工程的钢筋智能加工技术应用研究

针对桥梁工程中钢筋传统加工严重依赖人员经验、在钢筋进行翻样加工过程中劳动力投入较大等缺点,提出了一种基于数字孪生的钢筋智能加工技术.将钢筋翻样规则与遗传算法相结合完成钢筋智能翻样,将钢筋翻样料单导入钢筋数字管理信息平台,同时将钢筋加工料单数据传至钢筋智能加工设备,实现智能加工.应用实践表明,该技术可提高钢筋翻样和加工的效率,减少人工成本,切实提高钢筋出材率,实现降本增效的目的.
Intelligent processing technology for bridge reinforcement based on digital twins
In view of the disadvantages of traditional steel bar processing in bridge engineering,such as heavy reliance on personnel experience and large labor input in the process of steel bar returning,this paper proposes an intelligent steel bar processing technology.The technology combines the rule of rebar turning and genetic algorithm to complete the intelligent rebar turning.The rebar turning sample sheet is imported into the digital management information platform of rebar,and the data of the rebar processing sheet is passed into the intelligent processing equipment of rebar to realize intelligent processing.The application practice shows that this technology can improve the efficiency of rebar turning and processing,reduce the labor cost,effectively increase the steel bar output rate,and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
