摘要

以某高速公路桥梁发生汽车撞击为案例,使用有限元软件ABAQUS建立三维分离式桥梁、车辆模型,模拟车辆以60 km/h速度正面撞击后的上部结构响应.研究预应力T梁在遭受车辆撞击后的结构性能变化,并与荷载试验结果进行对比分析.研究结果表明:T梁受车辆撞击后局部损伤明显,计算得到的受损形态与现场检测结果较为吻合;撞击区域水平位移峰值达到191.2 mm,水平位移具有滞后性;汽车撞击对T梁整体刚度影响有限;撞击部位应变和挠度校验系数均会增大,甚至导致应变试验数值超限.

Abstract

Taking a highway bridge hit by a car as an example,a three-dimensional model of separated bridge and vehicle is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the response of superstructure after vehicle frontal impact at the speed of 60 km/h.The structural performance changes of prestressed T-beam after vehicle impact are studied and compared with the load test.The results show that the local damage of T-beam is obvious after vehicle impact,and the damage morphology calculated is consistent with the field test results.The peak horizontal displacement in the impact area reaches 191.2 mm,and the horizontal displacement has hysteresis.The impact of vehicle impact has limited effect on the overall stiffness of T-beam.The strain and deflection verification coefficient of the impact part will increase,and even lead to the strain test value overrun.
