Study on the performance of prestressed T-beam under vehicle impact
Taking a highway bridge hit by a car as an example,a three-dimensional model of separated bridge and vehicle is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the response of superstructure after vehicle frontal impact at the speed of 60 km/h.The structural performance changes of prestressed T-beam after vehicle impact are studied and compared with the load test. The results show that the local damage of T-beam is obvious after vehicle impact, and the damage morphology calculated is consistent with the field test results. The peak horizontal displacement in the impact area reaches 191.2 mm,and the horizontal displacement has hysteresis. The impact of vehicle impact has limited effect on the overall stiffness of T-beam.The strain and deflection verification coefficient of the impact part will increase, and even lead to the strain test value overrun.
