针对四川省眉山市S104线丹棱段改建工程顺龙隧道二次衬砌严重开裂的质量问题,通过探索和实践使用了一种二次衬砌拆除与重建的施工方法.该施工方法的关键是二次衬砌的拆除,即采用分块切缝、液压破碎锤凿除的拆除方法,并配合全过程的实时监控量测.质量检测评定和监控量测结果符合设计要求,处治效果良好,表明该方法技术可行、安全可靠,具有较强的实操性和实用性.
Construction technology for demolition and reconstruction of secondary lining cracking in tunnels
A construction method for the removal and reconstruction of the secondary lining of the Shunlong tunnel in the reconstruction project of the Danling section of the S104 line in Meishan,Sichuan Province,has been used through exploration and practice to address the serious quality issue of cracking in the secondary lining.The key to this construction method is the removal of the secondary lining,which adopts the method of block cutting and hydraulic breaker chiseling,and is accompanied by real-time monitoring and measurement of the entire process.The quality inspection evaluation and monitoring measurement results meet the design parameters and requirements and the treatment effect is good,indicating that the method is technically feasible,safe and reliable,with strong practicality and effectiveness.
