高模量复合改性沥青混合料在国省道抗车辙路面中的应用研究

当前车辙问题已成为国省道沥青路面破坏主要形式.依托枣庄市G518 日定线养护维修工程,开展了高模量复合改性AC-20沥青混合料的室内外试验研究,对SBS改性沥青、矿料、高模量剂等原材料进行了检测,并开展了沥青混合料级配设计,确定了混合料体积指标,现场试验和后续跟踪观测表明:高模量复合改性AC-20沥青混合料具有优异的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能,解决了路面车辙问题,延长了路面使用寿命.
Application research of high modulus composite modified asphalt mixture in anti rutting pavement of national and provincial roads
The current rutting problem has become the main form of asphalt pavement damage on national and provincial roads.This article relies on the G518 fixed line maintenance and repair project in Zaozhuang to conduct indoor and outdoor experimental research on high modulus composite modified AC-20 asphalt mixture.Raw materials such as SBS modified asphalt,mineral aggregate,and high modulus agent were tested,and asphalt mixture gradation design was carried out to determine the mixture volume index.Field tests and subsequent tracking observations show that high modulus composite modified AC-20 asphalt mixture has excellent road performance such as high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,etc.,which solves the problem of road rutting and extends the service life of the road surface.
